Christian M. Kastrud, PE, CME
With more than 24 years of experience in civil engineering, project analysis, and site-planning design, Christian M. Kastrud has established and developed two successful civil engineering firms. Additionally, Chris serves as Township Engineer for Warren Township, New Jersey, having been appointed to that position in 2003 and Mansfield Township, appointed in 2018. Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, cum laude, from Tufts University and has completed postgraduate work in water resources engineering at Rutgers University.
